Jim Bliss has retired as Vice President, Development, for the Warren County Foundation effective December 20, 2017. Jim worked for the Warren County Foundation for 11 years and he helped to increase Foundation assets from $5.5 million to $16.8 million. Jim started the Warren County Foundation Community Service Awards and has managed the program for 10 years. He is an active member of the Lebanon community and has been a member of the Lebanon Rotary Club for many years.
Jim had a 30+ year career at Procter & Gamble as a sales and training executive holding numerous leadership positions in the company. He also was a marketing consultant and facilitator for corporate training in the University of Cincinnati Corporate Continuing Education and Training Department. Just before joining the Foundation, Jim served as Executive Director of Community Shares of Greater Cincinnati for four years. The organization was a federation of 28 non-profit organizations
