Administrative Fees

The Warren County Foundation (WCF) charges an administrative fee to each charitable fund established with the Foundation to cover the cost of operating the Foundation.  The administrative fee on funds of $100,000 or more is assessed on a pro-rated quarterly basis.  The administrative fee on funds of less than $100,000 is assessed annually. 

Donor Advised and Endowment Funds 

        1%   First $100,000

        .7%  Next $900,000

        .4%  Amount over $1,000,000 

Charitable Checking Accounts 

No administrative fee is charged. Interest earned on Charitable Checking Accounts is retained to cover the costs of administering the funds: 

        First $50,000                      100%

        Amount over $50,000         50%
