FOUNDATION AWARDS NEW GRANTS

The Warren County Foundation recently awarded the following two grants:  $1,656 to support the Healthy Visions - Safe Teen Program for the Kings Local School District, and $2,000 to support the Mason-Deerfield Arts Alliance in hosting the Cincinnati Pops Orchestra for an outdoor concert at Otterbein-Lebanon.

The goal of the education-based Healthy Visions - Safe Teen Program is to prevent, reduce and modify self destructive behaviors.  The Foundation grant will fund the program for a total of 360 students at Kings High School and Junior High School.

The Mason-Deerfield Arts Alliance strives to give exposure to Cincinnati arts organizations in Warren County, and to give Warren County residents arts experiences they may not otherwise get.  The Foundation grant will partially fund the Cincinnati Pops Concert in Warren County.
