The Warren County Foundation Grant was used to provide financial assistance to underserved children to participate in the Camp Invention program at Little Miami High School. NIHF operates education and outreach programs nationwide including partner schools and community organizations located in Albany, NY. Co-founded in 1973 by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), NIHF was established to recognize the world’s greatest inventors. In 1990, NIHF’s mission expanded to recognize not only those whose innovations have impacted our world but also to inspire future generations through local and national education programs.

Mission StatementThe National Inventors Hall of Fame (NIHF) mission is to be a catalyst for change through recognizing inventors and invention, promoting creativity and advancing the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship.
ActivitiesNationwide, NIHF operates the following programs – each designed to recognize the contributions of our inventive society and stimulate/engage the next generations of creative thinkers/innovators: Camp Invention summer program and Club Invention afterschool (grades K-6), Invention Project middle school program, Invention Playground pre-K program, the Collegiate Inventors Competition (CIC), and the NIHF Induction Ceremony.
