The Women's Fund of Warren County

Empowering Women.
Strengthening Our Community.

The Women’s Fund of Warren County, established by the Warren County Foundation, empowers women to engage in philanthropy and supports programs that improve the lives of women and children in Warren County. The Fund focuses on systems change and grantmaking while involving women in both giving and decision-making.

While not a separate nonprofit, the Fund operates under the Warren County Foundation, which holds legal and financial responsibility. It is led by a Leadership Council made up of officers and committee chairs, all committed members with three-year financial pledges.

Current committees include:

  • Governance – Oversees operations and evaluation

  • Membership – Promotes and recruits members

  • Program – Plans meetings and events

  • Grant Review – Reviews and recommends grants (excluding applicants)
