The Warren County Foundation is establishing The Warren County Environmental Forum. The goal of the Forum is to help the Warren County Community develop and grow conservation funding and establish environmentally-conscious practices. The Forum will accomplish this through education and action. By helping mitigate climate change risks, biodiversity loss, and pollution, the Forum hopes to improve the economic and social well-being of the entire County.
The Forum will engage the community in both the giving and decision-making process to support Warren County-based businesses and community members through grants. These grants will be approved by a committee and awarded to individuals or companies that submit a proposal demonstrating a change that establishes or enhances an environmentally-conscious practice.
Examples of grant uses include, but are not limited to:

- Supplement the cost to implement a recycling program – this would apply to businesses, schools, or even apartment complexes.
