Economic Empowerment, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (3EDI)
We strive to create a safe, welcoming environment in which all people can thrive. We value all people regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, religion, age, identity, sexual orientation, nationality or disability. These principles are the foundation of our commitment to those we serve.
- We seek Economic Empowerment to identify and remove systemic barriers and disadvantages, opening access to resources and opportunities.
- We are committed to our definition of Equity as opportunity, fairness and impartiality so that each individual can grow and thrive. An individual’s race, personal background, or individual characteristics should not be determinative of life outcomes. We are committed to help people reach their potential.
